Who runs this site?
onetouchdvir.com is run by RAM Venture Solutions LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Omak, Washington. When these terms say “we” or “us,” they mean RAM Venture Solutions LLC.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
How we handle information is covered in our Privacy notice. Short version: this site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies of ours, and has no forms.
Is this site legal advice?
No. This site explains One-Touch DVIR and the rules it's built to. It's general information for school transportation staff, written in plain English. It isn't legal advice, and it isn't a complete statement of any law.
Rules change, and every operation is different. Before you rely on anything here, read the rule itself. For what your district is required to do, ask your own counsel. The rules we name most often:
Those are the federal rules for electronic documents and signatures (§ 390.32), driver vehicle inspection reports (§ 396.11) and the driver's review before driving (§ 396.13), as amended by FMCSA's Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports final rule, published February 19, 2026 and effective March 23, 2026. WAC 392-145-041 is Washington's pre-trip and post-trip rule for school bus drivers.
FMCSA does not certify or approve DVIR software. Your district remains responsible for its own compliance. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
Prices, features and pictures
We work to keep the prices and features on this site current, but they can change. Prices shown are our current rates, plus applicable Washington sales tax. The price your garage pays is the one in its signed Order Form.
App pictures on this site show the One Light design the apps use. Sample screens and reports on this site use made-up data, and the apps your garage uses may look a little different.
What covers the service itself?
Using One-Touch DVIR (the driver app, the mechanic app, the alerts and the reports) is governed by the Software Subscription and Use Agreement and the Order Form a garage signs with us. Drivers also sign the Driver Electronic Signature Agreement in the app with their PIN before their first inspection.
These website terms don't change a signed agreement.
If anything on this site differs from a garage's signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Where this site summarizes the agreement, on the pricing page for example, the summary is only for convenience. The signed agreement is what counts.
Text message alerts to garage staff are covered in our Privacy notice: what gets sent, how numbers are added, STOP, START and HELP, and that message and data rates may apply.
