5-seat minimum
Per driver seat
One seat for every person with a driver PIN. Buses, mechanics, supervisors and office users are unlimited and free. Every agreement starts at 5 seats.
Add seats any time
A seat count you set
Your seat count is written into your order form and doesn't change with how many drivers ran that month. Add seats any time with an email from your supervisor, billed from the day they're turned on. Reduce them at renewal with 30 days' notice, never below 5.
12 months
One year, renewing yearly
A one-year agreement that renews each year unless either side gives 60 days' notice before the year ends. We can only change your price for a renewal year, and only with 60 days' written notice.
90 days
A 90-day exit, for any reason
Either side can end the agreement for any reason with 90 days' written notice. If you end it during a year you paid for up front, the unused months are refunded, less the prepay discount.
No penalty
If your budget isn't funded
If you're a public agency and your board doesn't fund the next fiscal year, you can end the agreement at the end of your current fiscal year, with 30 days' written notice. No penalty, and any prepaid fees for later months come back.

Invoices, checks and POs
Invoiced monthly in advance, due in 30 days. Or one invoice a year on your start date, with 10% off. Pay by check, ACH transfer, or a warrant backed by a purchase order. Prices don't include Washington sales tax; it's shown separately on each invoice. A late, undisputed bill can carry interest of up to 1% a month, and service can be paused if it's still unpaid 15 days after written notice. A bill you dispute in good faith, in writing, before it's due is never grounds for a pause.

Pricing questions
What business offices ask.
Do substitute drivers count as seats?
You need one driver seat for every person with a driver PIN, so a sub who has their own PIN takes a seat. Your seat count is fixed in your agreement, so it doesn't swing up and down with who drove that month. If you add drivers or subs mid-year, you can add seats at any time.
Do spare buses cost anything?
No. You pay per driver seat, never per bus. Spares, activity buses and the bus that's in the shop are all free, and adding or retiring a bus doesn't change your bill.
We have fewer than five drivers. Can we still use it?
Yes. The minimum is 5 driver seats, $100 a month, even for a smaller garage. Questions? Call Bob at 509-429-9805.
Do we need tablets?
No. Drivers can use the phone they already carry. For a driver who doesn't carry one, we provide a tablet for $8 a month. Ask Bob for the tablet terms.
Can we see it before we sign?
Yes. Bob will walk you through the driver app and the mechanic app by phone or video call, or in your office. Bring your mechanic and a driver or two. Their questions are usually the best ones.
What happens if we cancel?
Either side can end the agreement for any reason with 90 days' written notice. If you paid for the year up front, the unused months are refunded, less the prepay discount.
Your district owns every record. That's in the agreement. You have 30 days after the agreement ends to take a complete copy, at no charge. We delete your records from the service within 60 days of the end date (sooner if you confirm you have your copy), and backups within 90.
What isn't included?
One-Touch DVIR does pre-trip and post-trip inspections, defect alerts, repair tracking and the monthly report, plus the Mileage & Pupil Tracker if you add it. There's no live GPS tracking, no cameras and no routing or parent app. If you need those, you need a bigger system, and we'll tell you so.
Why per driver and not per bus?
Because the signature is per driver. Each inspection is signed with the driver's own PIN on file. You pay for the people who sign, and your buses ride free.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. Issue a purchase order and pay by check, ACH, or a warrant backed by it. We invoice monthly in advance with 30 days to pay, or once a year if you pay up front. Washington sales tax is shown separately on each invoice.
