After that, the DVIR is $25 per driver per month and the Tracker is an optional $10 add-on. 5-driver minimum, unlimited buses, no hardware to buy, no setup fees, no multi-year contract. Annual prepay gets 10% off.

Bring your district on before the first day of school and you lock in $20 per driver per month — and that founder's rate holds for as long as your account stays active. At $20 you get the full DVIR and the Pupil, Trip & Mileage Tracker bundled together, no add-on line item. A 25-driver district pays $500/month; a 50-driver district pays $1,000/month. The math is supposed to fit in your head — because the budget conversation with your superintendent is supposed to fit on one line.

Sign on after the first day of school and pricing is straightforward and unbundled. The FMCSA-compliant DVIR — the same product, the same compliance — is $25 per driver per month. Everything in the inspection workflow above is included at that rate.
The Pupil, Trip & Mileage Tracker is an optional $10 per driver per month add-on. Run the DVIR on its own at $25, or add the Tracker for a combined $35 per driver per month. Either way: same 5-driver minimum, unlimited buses, no hardware, no contract.

The floor is simple: 5 drivers, or $100/month. Above that, billing follows your driver count. Supervisors, mechanics, and buses are included; adding a bus to the roster does not change the invoice.
In plain numbers at the $20 founder's rate: a 25-driver district pays $500/month, a 50-driver district pays $1,000/month — Tracker included. No hardware lease, no per-bus license, no setup fee.
Pay annually, save 10%.
Districts that prepay 12 months up front get 10% off — effectively more than one month free. It removes a recurring purchase order from your A/P queue: we send one invoice in July (or whenever fits your fiscal year), you cut one check, and the system runs for twelve months. At the $20 founder's rate, annual prepay works out to $216 per driver per year instead of $240.
No price-lock games. No automatic renewal until you sign for the next year. The 10% discount comes off whatever per-driver rate you're on.
The comparison, with honest caveats.
The comparison is on the DVIR — that's the product everyone else in this market sells. The other DVIR tools — Zonar, Samsara, Whip Around, KeepTruckin and similar — typically run somewhere between $25 and $60 per seat per month, plus a hardware bundle, plus a multi-year contract. Setup fees and per-driver license fees are common.
Apples to apples: One-Touch DVIR's standard DVIR rate is $25 per driver per month — and $20 if you sign before the school year — with no hardware to lease and no contract to sign. That lands at or below the $30/seat tool most rural Washington districts are running today, and roughly half of a $60/seat product. The Pupil, Trip & Mileage Tracker is something the legacy DVIR vendors don't offer at all.

Do I have to take the Tracker?
No. Under standard pricing the DVIR runs on its own at $25 per driver per month. The Pupil, Trip & Mileage Tracker is an optional $10 per driver per month add-on you can turn on whenever it's useful. Under founder's pricing it's bundled in at no extra cost.
What exactly is the minimum?
The minimum is 5 drivers, which makes the floor $100/month. Above that, the invoice is simply your driver count times your per-driver rate. Buses, supervisors, and mechanics are included.
Why per driver and not per bus?
Pricing is per driver because compliance is per driver. Each inspection is tied to a specific person through their PIN signature, creating a legally defensible record under federal eDVIR rules. One driver, one signature, one audit trail — that's what you're buying.
If I lock in the founder's rate, can it go up later?
No. The $20 founder's rate is locked for as long as your account stays active. We will not retroactively raise prices on a deployed customer — if we ever raise standard pricing, founders are grandfathered at $20.
Can we try it risk-free?
Yes — and we'll guarantee it. Run One-Touch DVIR with your full roster of drivers and mechanics. If they don't love it, tell us and we'll cancel the account and refund what you've paid. No restocking fee, no exit interview, no hardware to return. The risk is ours, not yours.
